The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor and report on customer account status and results against defined KPIs
  • Analyze complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine actionable solutions
  • Create and utilize reports to support analysis of account information
  • Negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve improvements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Knowledge of overall A/R workflow and systems
  • Highly skilled in adjustments, research, collections, and customer relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of DB2 queries, SAP, and XPTR reports
