As a Sales Professional with Allstate, you will have the opportunity to cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding your monthly sales targets, utilizing the existing book of business for policy reviews and referrals.
Our agency offers a competitive compensation package, including OTE (On Target Earnings) of $35-90k+ per year (base salary + uncapped commissions), as well as a range of benefits, including PTO, 401k plus match, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and career advancement opportunities.
