Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store workload, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Support and participate in truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Manage and execute inventory management processes, including merchandise operations and Omni channel processes.
  • Train, observe, and coach the team to achieve results, and participate in the performance management process.
  • Interact with customers in a positive and respectful manner, and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management leadership experience.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, and move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
