Program Manager/Coach

SoCal Adaptive Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager/Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in delivering our adaptive sports programs and services to individuals with disabilities throughout Southern California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective coaching strategies for adaptive sports programs, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for participants.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to plan, organize, and execute adaptive sports and other programs throughout the year.
  • Actively engage with the disability community, schools, and other relevant organizations to promote awareness of our programs.
  • Manage logistics, including scheduling, equipment procurement, and facility coordination for program sessions.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years demonstrable experience playing and/or coaching a variety of sports; adaptive sports experience highly preferred.
  • AA Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Local day travel throughout Southern California is required. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
