PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. This position involves providing mental health services to individuals, including conducting assessments, making referrals, and monitoring clinical services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments based on referrals and self-referrals to identify mental health needs.
  • Make referrals to psychiatry when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage individuals at risk for suicide and self-harm.
  • Serve as a mental health liaison for services outside the facility to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Facilitate admission to forensic hospitals when needed to provide continuity of care.
  • Monitor all mental health services provided to ensure adherence to standards of care.
  • Ensure that mental health services are delivered in accordance with national standards and best practices.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to continuously improve services.
  • Develop and conduct in-service education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance to inform service development and improvement.
