Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, including handling complex cases and conducting thorough investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into grievances, complaints, or misconduct allegations, ensuring full compliance with company policies and all applicable labor laws.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote a positive work culture and improve employee engagement and retention.

The salary for this role is estimated at $104,001 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
