Staff My Agency is seeking a talented and caring professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service for our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work to inspire customer loyalty and enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Provide detailed information about insurance options, including availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Property Casualty license and Life and Health license required (must be able to obtain).

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
