Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented and caring professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
