Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to current and prospective clients
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FastSigns Center
- Interact with clients through various channels, including email, phone, in-person, and at their place of business
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into loyal clients
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent listening and organizational skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-volume, high-quality work
- Competitive pay: $45,500.00 - $57,200.00 per year
