Customer Service Representative

FastSigns is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to current and prospective clients
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
  • Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FastSigns Center
  • Interact with clients through various channels, including email, phone, in-person, and at their place of business
  • Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into loyal clients
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent listening and organizational skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver high-volume, high-quality work
