Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica IDMC Administrator II to join our team at Centene Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of key IT tools and web applications, including configuration, maintenance, deployment, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical support issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and strategic support for software components in complex mission-critical environments.
  • Participate in implementing application updates, such as upgrades, patches, integrations, and new releases.
  • Perform backup and recovery of third-party applications, file-system management, and application installation or configuration.
  • Identify proactive solutions for application technology requirements to benefit the business and maintain related documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate with key stakeholders for testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems operate correctly in current and future environments.
  • Collaborate and interact with application development teams and key stakeholders to fine-tune and troubleshoot applications.
  • Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for operational support of applications.
  • Develop and implement processes for applications and systems monitoring.
  • Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor, and technical issues.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
  • Requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
  • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Preferred Skills:

  • One or more of the following skills are desired:
  • Knowledge of development toolsets to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • Knowledge of one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, Python, .Net, C++ etc.
  • Informatica IDMC.
  • AWS.
  • Snowflake.
  • Experience with administration, configuration, implementation of SaaS systems or software in the healthcare domain.
