Job Summary:

Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, track call types, and maintain support service levels.
  • Follow-up: Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience working in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated listening and comprehension skills, and ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel, and ability to navigate information systems and internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher Education Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience using SAP, previous experience in the optical industry, and bilingual French.
