Role Overview
  • Deliver on-site consultation and support to medical professionals and surgical teams, enhancing the efficiency and application of Image Guided Surgery (IGS) technologies.
  • Diagnose and address product-related challenges through comprehensive analysis and engineering knowledge.
  • Assist Radiology staff in performing pre-operative imaging.
  • Educate hospital personnel on the effective use of IGS technologies and services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to boost market presence and contribute to product innovation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Participate in product demonstrations at industry events and conferences.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and competitor offerings through ongoing education and research.
  • Be prepared for extensive travel during the initial months, potentially exceeding 50% of your time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or Nursing.
  • 1-3 years of technical support experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with surgical procedures, human anatomy, and medical terminology is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of making independent decisions.
