Role Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and skilled Engagement Agent to spearhead outreach efforts to prospective patients while enhancing the EHE brand's value. This role serves as the vital link between patients and our clinics, assisting in scheduling appointments for comprehensive health examinations while delivering exceptional customer service. The primary focus will be on patient acquisition and appointment booking, with additional responsibilities in addressing patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of the Engagement Center, the Engagement Agent will create memorable patient interactions and contribute to overall departmental efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing patients
  • Respond to patient inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve patient issues with care, accuracy, and promptness
  • Craft personalized responses for diverse patient requests
  • Schedule appointments for comprehensive medical examinations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all EHE patients
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to facilitate shared decision-making
  • Employ critical thinking to address and resolve patient concerns, aiming for one-call resolutions
  • Understand departmental KPIs and manage personal performance to meet these goals
  • Identify and report patient trends to management
  • Document and communicate technical issues to IT

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous
  • Highly motivated with a dynamic personality
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong command of English with excellent writing abilities
  • Passionate about customer service and patient satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Oracle, etc.)
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
