Key responsibilities will include reviewing and approving monthly financial statements, preparing interim and year-end audit work papers, and submitting lender compliance reports. Additionally, you will provide accurate and timely financial information to other internal departments and under specific deadlines.

As a Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and provide key analytic tools for tracking the performance of the Business Unit portfolio of assets. You will also have the chance to grow professionally and personally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years of strong, general, full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in real estate. Fund management or financial services experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the multifamily industry and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
