As a Customer Service Agent at Yardi Systems, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Tasks:

  1. Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to emails and chat in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Work closely with client management teams and onsite leasing staff to resolve issues and provide accurate information
  3. Verify addresses and rate information to ensure accuracy and quality
  4. Collaborate with the client services team and IT to provide support and gather feedback
  5. Process policy cancellations and complete necessary paperwork
  6. Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements

Must-Haves:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience with a strong track record
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
