Support Specialist

As a Customer Service Agent at Yardi Systems, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Tasks:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to emails and chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Work closely with client management teams and onsite leasing staff to resolve issues and provide accurate information
- Verify addresses and rate information to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with the client services team and IT to provide support and gather feedback
- Process policy cancellations and complete necessary paperwork
- Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with a strong track record
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
