Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event schedules and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee payroll operations, including submitting team members' worked hours for timely processing.
- Monitor staffing levels and plan for additional hiring as needed.
- Coordinate various tasks, including shipping, tracking, and venue credentials.
- Process lawn ticket requests efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to perform tasks that require sitting, typing, walking, and occasional lifting.
