Your Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the trusted partner who goes above and beyond to guarantee customer success. Your responsibilities will include operating a delivery vehicle to designated convenience stores, independently unloading deliveries, collaborating with store managers and owners to boost sales, and maintaining precise records throughout your workday. This position offers the chance to develop your sales and management abilities, paving the way for future roles as a Sales Consultant or District Manager. Notably, a significant portion of our leadership team began in this position, as we prioritize nurturing talent and promoting from within.
Qualifications for Success:
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and rotating stock.
- Ability to enter and exit a large commercial vehicle frequently throughout the day.
- Willingness to work a 4-day work week consisting of extended hours (average of 50 hours per week).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years, including no DUIs.
- Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements and maintain eligibility for a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
- A competitive mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
