Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team and prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Evaluate and report on staff performance, participate in employee selection, and provide career guidance and training direction.
  • Accountable for monthly financial reporting and analysis, including review of transactions during month-end close and periodic journal entry submission.
  • Provide insights on financial results to assist management with business decisions.
  • Develop the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts.
  • Develop new tools and analytics to streamline financial analysis and provide enhanced decision support.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis, executive-level presentations, and various other reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.
  • 8+ years of job-related experience.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Financial analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with PowerBI.
  • MBA, Certified Accountant (CPA or CMA), or master's degree in a business-related field.
