Night Auditor

The Night Auditor at MCR Hotels is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel financial transactions during the overnight shift. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including room sales, food and beverage sales, and other hotel revenue streams.
• Verify and reconcile hotel accounts, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a financial or auditing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
