We are in search of a motivated Permanent Loan Officer to enhance our expanding mortgage division. In this capacity, you will support clients in obtaining mortgage financing and play a vital role in facilitating their journey toward homeownership.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture relationships with borrowers and brokers to manage loan applications
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Evaluate loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Keep abreast of market trends and available products
- Work collaboratively with the processing team to track loan status
- Identify and address potential challenges throughout the loan process
- At least 2 years of experience in the mortgage sector
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service abilities
- Capability to assess complex financial scenarios
- Outstanding communication skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
