Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will work directly with homebuyers to guide them through the entire loan process from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate high-quality loan applications and submit to the processing department along with all supporting documentation.
  • Be knowledgeable on all available loan programs offered, as well as broker offerings, to compete with lenders and earn each customer's business.
  • Positively impact the customer experience by maintaining weekly contact with borrowers, brokers, Mortgage staff, and Homebuilding partners to answer questions, share loan status, and build relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the Homebuilding Sales team to support monthly sales goals of each community.
  • Educate sales team members on industry changes and new product offerings.
  • Provide excellent service to the builder and homebuyer while meeting yearly performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Must meet National and State licensing requirements (NMLS license if you are a loan officer).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in conventional and government loans.
  • Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHA, and State housing loans.
  • Strong selling, exemplary customer service, and vocational skills.
