Compensation: Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with the potential for commission earnings between $100,000 and $135,000 based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Loan Officer, your duties will include:
  1. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with borrowers and brokers to generate high-quality loan applications.
  2. Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Analyzing loan applications meticulously to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
  4. Navigating complex financial scenarios to provide optimal loan solutions for clients.
  5. Staying informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and loan products, including both conventional and government loans.
  6. Collaborating closely with the processing team to submit loan applications and monitor their progress.
  7. Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues during the loan process.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage sector, preferably in a loan officer capacity.
  2. Familiarity with conventional and government loans is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  4. Excellent customer service abilities, with a history of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers.
  5. Capability to originate high-quality loan applications.
  6. Strong analytical skills to understand and navigate complex financial situations.
  7. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  9. A four-year college degree is preferred.
