As a Care Partner, you will collaborate with our licensed nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents in their daily living activities, while also fostering their emotional health. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties
- Performing essential departmental tasks such as documentation and organization of medical supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents
The ideal candidate will possess a natural ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals, especially the elderly and their families. You should demonstrate a high level of empathy and care for our residents while upholding strict confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is essential. Previous experience in elderly care or customer service is a plus.
