Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Community Maintenance Associate to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our Dessau Fountains Estates community in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, the office, model homes, and providing exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean all doors, windows, and common areas regularly
  • Dust, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness of community office, model homes, and pool bathrooms
  • Replace light bulbs, empty trash, and clean garbage cans
  • Assist with ground maintenance and snow removal
  • Report maintenance issues to the Community Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential maintenance preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid operator's license
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work independently

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and 401K.
