The Consulting Solutions Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting Hilti Tool Services, with a concentrated emphasis on ONTrack & Fleet Management in collaboration with local, regional, and global partners. Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to support the growth and enhancement of software and services in collaboration with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of consultative selling experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Training experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and other corporate teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% during the initial training period.
