The Consulting Solutions Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting Hilti Tool Services, with a concentrated emphasis on ONTrack & Fleet Management in collaboration with local, regional, and global partners. This position involves conducting productivity assessments with key customers and devising tailored solutions to optimize business operations. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with the local sales team to bolster sales and expand the reach of ONTrack and large Fleet Contracts, thereby increasing the number of Solution Customers as part of our overarching global customer engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to support the growth and enhancement of software and services in collaboration with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of consultative selling experience in the construction industry is required.
  • Training experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and other corporate teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% during the initial training period.
