Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Inspector include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections to either accept or reject finished products.
  • Utilizing precision instruments such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and CMM for accurate measurements of manufactured items.
  • Keeping detailed records and documentation of product inspections and results.
  • Completing necessary Quality Assurance forms and certifications.
  • Suggesting modifications to the assembly or production processes as needed.
  • Interpreting blueprints and technical specifications effectively.
  • Identifying product flaws, documenting issues, and reporting them appropriately.
  • Assisting in process enhancements and executing required repairs.
  • Collaborating with the manufacturing team and other departments as necessary.
  • Adhering to all safety and environmental regulations as per established protocols.
