Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
