We are seeking a highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team at Louisiana Workforce, LLC. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

About the Job
- This role will provide administrative support to our office operations team.
- You will be responsible for preparing transfer letters, submitting offender documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and fax transfer letters immediately upon offender arrival or transfer.
- Submit offender transitional work program recommendations.
- Respond to offender requests for master prison records.
- Maintain offender files and documents.
- Compute officers' hours from timesheets and post to HR payroll sheet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
