Job Title: Office Coordinator

About the Job

  • This role will provide administrative support to our office operations team.
  • You will be responsible for preparing transfer letters, submitting offender documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and fax transfer letters immediately upon offender arrival or transfer.
  • Submit offender transitional work program recommendations.
  • Respond to offender requests for master prison records.
  • Maintain offender files and documents.
  • Compute officers' hours from timesheets and post to HR payroll sheet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
