Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the reporting, analysis, and review of budgeted headcount, including requisition management for various technology divisions.
- Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, particularly in complex financial analyses within an IT framework.
- Exhibit a results-oriented mindset, driving excellence and urgency in tracking and resolving open items.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and eliminate barriers, utilizing automation to enhance efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance to technology leaders to enhance consistency and standardization across operations.
- Align business unit strategies with annual budgets and midterm business plans in collaboration with the Project Management Office.
- Manage the financial planning and cost control for IT business units, ensuring clear insights into vendor expenditures and maintenance renewals.
- Engage in key stakeholder communications and governance routines, facilitating leadership meetings and town halls for technology divisions.
- Collect and manage business unit information for governance and risk management, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Address ad hoc requests from leadership, supporting initiatives as needed.
- Ensure accurate reflection of supply and demand in the portfolio management tool, supporting the fixed capacity model.
- Lead the Portfolio Management tool implementation, providing best practices and training to technology divisions and resource managers.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations, Business Management, or Finance-related fields; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in Finance or Business Management.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a financial services environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting, planning, and appropriations cycles.
- Proven leadership in conducting workshops, facilitating focus groups, and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with all management levels.
- Strong risk assessment and financial market understanding, with a solid grasp of the respective business area and its associated risks.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality project outcomes within budgetary constraints.
- Ability to prioritize and analyze product or service characteristics with associated target values.
- Proven capability to develop and oversee strategic goals aligned with various initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Strong presentation and writing skills, with effective communication strategies.
- Experience with Planview is preferred.
The typical salary range for this position is between $149K and $180K annually, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also qualify for discretionary performance-based bonuses and incentive compensation.
