About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
