  • Demonstrated knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and syntax applicable to the preparation of keyed materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees.
  • Ability to apply discretion and appropriate security measures in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to adjust to fluctuating workloads and priorities.
