Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless communication between our internal team and franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our field team to ensure that customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Notate feedback in our database and prioritize information to ensure effective communication.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and build strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Initiative and thoroughness in completing tasks and projects.
  • Positive attitude and sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
