About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations and hospitality to meet and exceed customer expectations. This includes leading launch-related activities, supervising operations staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing procedures and processes to support rapid scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all aspects of product execution, ensuring flawless delivery and a world-class experience across all cities.
- Lead launch-related activities in multiple locations, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, managing, and performance monitoring of all operations staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product changes, promotions, press events, and new product launches.
- Develop and manage key partner relationships with caterers, bus yards, and maintenance facilities.
- Establish routine quality assurance procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze current operational processes and propose process enhancements to optimize resource utilization and increase cost efficiency.
- Maintain inventory control for consumable and non-consumable components.
- Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage operational budgets.
- Degree in an applicable discipline, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
- 12+ years of operations management experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong people leadership experience in hiring, managing, motivating, and performance managing teams of 100+.
- Exceptional data analysis and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, manage workload, and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability in performing root cause analysis and presenting logical conclusions.
- Openness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available to respond to situations.
- Experience with various productivity, project management, and financial suites.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience negotiating with vendors on price, quality, and payment terms.
