Database Information Coordinator Job Summary

At HonorHealth, we are seeking a skilled Database Information Coordinator to join our team in Medical Staff Services. As a Database Information Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our master databases, including Midas, Meditech, and the Website. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and maintain data in these databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities

* Enter and maintain data in master databases, including Midas, Meditech, and the Website
* Assist the Administrator of Medical Staff Services in the compilation and assembly of special medical staff projects
* Perform a full range of clerical functions in support of department staff and management
* Coordinate all activities of the initial phase of Medical Staff and Allied Health applicants
* Receive and data enter information for various applications and follow through on missing information
* Enter information and updates into Midas, Meditech, and Connect, including complete biographical profiles on new physicians and updates and entries for provisional and biennial reappointment of existing medical staff
* Accurately document minutes within 72 hours following meetings
* Meeting follow-up initiated within one week following meetings

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required
* 2 years of general office or database experience required
