Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Weekend Daytime Concierge to join our team at Bozzuto. As the first point of contact for our residents and prospects, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional living experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and prospects, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community and promote resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding their preferences and needs to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Manage front desk operations, including package delivery, club room reservations, and freight elevator management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless communication and a positive resident experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • A sharp professional appearance and a customer-focused mentality.
  • Competency with various software, apps, and computer programs.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
