Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pedagogical Specialist/Educator to design and implement a child-friendly daily routine, collaborate with our team to develop and refine our organizational and pedagogical concept, and establish strong educational and parenting partnerships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a child-friendly daily routine that promotes learning and development
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and refine our organizational and pedagogical concept
  • Establish strong educational and parenting partnerships with parents
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
