Key Responsibilities
* Partner with our HR and Recruiting teams to hire and manage top talent* Strategize with our Location Directors to optimize staffing and labor utilization* Utilize DOMO and KPI tools to track and analyze regional sales performance* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth* Mentor and coach our Location Directors to improve sales and operational performance* Collaborate with our Operations and Finance teams to ensure efficient use of resources
