Job Summary

Signature Flight Support Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Fixed Base Operation (FBO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our FBO, including handling customer transactions, processing fuel sales, and providing general administrative support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, aviation, and related areas.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of age; valid state license required where applicable.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service; knowledge of radio procedures and protocols a plus.
