Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Signature Aviation. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer services.
• Maintain a working knowledge of our facilities, services, and surrounding areas to provide accurate information to our customers.
• Assist with concierge services, including arranging reservations, ground transportation, and catering as requested.
• Provide visitors with information about airport and weather conditions, as well as assist with luggage and other needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our facility appearance standards.
• Enforce good cleanliness practices and take corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid state license (where applicable)
• Professional appearance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and receive an airport security badge
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and use a computer and email
• Preferred: 3-6 months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
