Clinical Nurse - Breast Medicine Office Care Coordinator

About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals. As a clinical nurse in the Breast Medicine Office Practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support throughout their breast cancer journey.

Main Duties:
- Assist with the management of a caseload of breast medicine oncology patients.
- Provide clinical support to staff members and perform patient assessments as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient education and clinical support programs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care throughout various stages of breast oncology treatment and follow-up.

Requirements:
- Current New York State RN license and BSN degree.
- 1.5 years of medical/surgical experience required; oncology experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.

Estimated Salary: $93,000 per year.
