As an Account Executive - Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving our ERP and multi-suite opportunities sales efforts within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP and multi-suite opportunities, developing and executing account strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product-specific Account Executives to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of OpenGov's suites and the competitive landscape.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders of customer and prospect governments.
  • Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling and leveraging marketing and PR activities.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at different levels of the organization.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 to 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong work ethic and hunter mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and coach and develop others.
  • Proven ability to close complex, consultative deals and travel as needed.
