Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project governance structures and delivery plans to ensure timely, within-budget, and within-scope project outcomes.
  • Drive and track project activities, schedules, and budgets, negotiating changes as needed and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the resolution of complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions and drive project success.
  • Manage multiple complex projects, programs, and/or portfolios with significant impact on business processes and technology used firm-wide.
  • Lead a small group of Technology Project Manager resources, understanding team strengths and effectively coaching and developing others.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience managing highly complex technical projects involving large teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical program and/or portfolio manager experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred.
  • 2 years of Agile Scrum Master experience preferred.
What We Offer:

At City National Bank, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $122,535 - $208,715 per year, with the potential for bonus and/or commissions.
