Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Software Development & Delivery: Oversee the development of our customer portal platform, improving its functionality and user experience.
  • Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction for software development efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Drive innovation in software development practices by leveraging new technologies, including AI, to improve development speed and quality.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with the Product organization to ensure alignment with the functional and strategic direction of the portal.
  • Resource & Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Project management experience, including budget and timeline management.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud computing platforms, and AI/ML tools.
