Job Title: IT Director

Spectrum's Product and Technology team is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead and implement corporate IT initiatives that support the company's strategy and goals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for directing and organizing IT functions, including local area network and wide area network hardware and software, infrastructure development and maintenance, applications programming/analysis, and enterprise systems development and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement IT standards, policies, and master plans for the IT function.
  • Guide the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve internal operations and data delivery.
  • Continually evaluate technology strategies and implement new technological directions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical assistance to IT staff and business partners.
  • Oversee a sector of the IT functional area and ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Accountable for the function's budgets and approves related capital expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT work, leadership, and project management.
  • Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Technical skills in information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
  • Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests, or situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Delivery lead experience working on application integrations.
  • Salesforce and/or Pega integration experience.
