Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Compliance Specialist to ensure legal and ethical practices, promote client quality care and safety, and follow all relevant internal rules and regulations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Compliance and Performance – Ensure contract deliverables are achieved according to contractual requirements. Track required reports and corrective action plans (CAP)
  • Provide audits to ensure compliance with 65 (d) 30, contracts, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
  • Oversee/complete licensure application annually.
  • Chair of health and safety committee.
  • Evaluate and track incidents, accidents, and occurrences in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Create and revise the annual Disaster Plan and conduct Disaster Drills and meetings per regulation.
  • Evaluate the safety of the physical environment.
  • Conduct chart audits as needed to monitor the quality of care for behavioral health.
  • Work collaboratively with behavioral health team members to meet program outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date database to track program outcomes.
  • Track compliance with outcome measures outlined in program contracts.
  • Manage Visuant usage.
