Job Title: Behavioral Health Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Compliance Specialist to join our team at House of Hope. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring legal and ethical practices, promoting client quality care and safety, and following all relevant internal rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract Compliance and Performance: Ensure contract deliverables are achieved according to contractual requirements, track required reports, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with 65 (d) 30, contracts, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
  • Licensure and Accreditation: Oversee and complete licensure applications annually, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Chair the health and safety committee, evaluate and track incidents, accidents, and occurrences in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Disaster Planning: Develop and revise the annual Disaster Plan, conduct Disaster Drills and meetings per regulation, and evaluate the safety of the physical environment.
  • Quality of Care: Conduct chart audits to monitor the quality of care for behavioral health, work collaboratively with behavioral health team members to meet program outcomes, and develop and maintain up-to-date databases to track program outcomes.
  • Compliance Tracking: Track compliance with outcome measures outlined in program contracts and manage Visuant usage.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in quality management and/or compliance, contract management, and proficient computer skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
