Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient progress throughout the daily schedule.
  • Enforce program rules and expectations, reporting infractions to the Therapist and Clinical Director.
  • Monitor patient conformance with program schedule and report any issues.
  • Resolve conflicts through general and supportive advice.
  • Provide case management services and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Comply with policies and procedures, accepting and utilizing supervision.
  • Address problems noted by the supervisor and complete tasks with concern for work quality.
  • Be sensitive to cultural issues and report suicidality/homicide incidents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in substance abuse, preferred.
