Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the Telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules for installation technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of job booking to confirm details and expectations.
  • Conduct pre-installation calls to verify site readiness and confirm appointments.
  • Process job closeouts correctly, including updating records and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Provide all necessary documentation and materials to installers and other departments.
  • Efficiently follow up on jobs and communicate with relevant departments to drive customer satisfaction and job closure.
  • Update the Installation Portal (TIP) and Labor Scheduler (Gantt) with daily progress and job status.
  • Close out National Account Jobs and process any job cancellations.
  • Communicate with National Account Coordinators regarding site readiness, scheduling, and other project-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Sales reps to obtain additional information as required.
  • Coordinate with the Data team to obtain confirmation numbers for non-monitored accounts.
