The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing waterproofing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, safety, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Visit job sites frequently to ensure project progression is meeting company and client standards.
  • Review additional scope of work requested by client and help develop pricing.
  • Order materials and track spending, receipts, POs, and deliveries.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on waterproofing projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and systems.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
