Job Summary

Meadowcrest at Middletown is seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve meals to residents and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that residents and guests feel valued and satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, guests, and team members to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
